New Partner
We are happy to announce that we opened an office in Geneva and added a Partner to our company, namely Elliott Blum whom will look after the company’s development in that region. Monaco Wine ClubGiven the client base we have in Monaco, we have recently started a Monaco wine club. Every 3 months, we will organise a great dinner in Monaco, together with a wine producer, to have a great evening of good fun among wine enthusiasts. If you would like to be on the list of participants, feel free to get in touch so that we don’t miss out on inviting you. Hong Kong OfficeWe have recently opened our office and bank account in Hong Kong to facilitate transactions for our regional clients. Further, our Managing Director, Gregory Swartberg, will be in the region 2-3 times a year. His next trip is early January, where he will be in Hong Kong and Singapore, if you would like to meet our MD, please get in touch for a meeting. Open positions at CWLWe are continuing to grow our team and we are currently looking for an Operation Manager and a Marketing Manager to join our team at our London office in St James’s. |

Dear Gregory Swartberg, CWL performance and market analysis:Although the market has slowed over the last 12 months, we continue to see fine wine performing well compared to other assets over a 5 year term, with the CWL track record on behalf of all its clients at a combined +9.1% annual performance. We feel that the selection of Bordeaux wines of interest has reduced from 40 wines to a select 15 different wines, this is mainly due to the high EP releases, and the high ex-chateaux releases which has lowered the demand for the region.
