Description
The Lamy family have been making wine in Burgundy since the mid-17th century and the estate is ran by Olivier Lamy, having taken over from his father, Hubert, in 1996. Olivier had previously worked at many wineries around the world garnering experience, including the illustrious Méo-Camuzet. Produced from vineyards that lie on the upper slopes as the hill bends around towards Meursault and away from Saint-Aubin itself, Olivier uses no new oak in his barrels in order to preserve the intense minerality of the wine.
