Description
The wine has ambrosial aromas of redcurrant, strawberries and cherries and floral hints of rosebud and black fig. At their vineyards, biodiversity is encouraged, whether it’s allowing grass to sprout in between rows of vineyards or birds to nest in the nearby forest. Huge amounts of manual work are put into producing each vintage of this excellent Barolo, which is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes and the wine is sustainable and organic.
