For the first time, five « crus » are blended at the same time to express
their unique tipicity, freeing themselves from the constraints for a well
balanced blend. The blend is 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre, Cinsault

The wine has been mainly matured in concrete tanks in order to preserve
the purity of the fruit and the the different terroirs’ tipicity.
