Youthful apple and peach fruit come forward on a tightly structured palate characterised by austere acidity but in perfect balance. This has finesse and a taut mineral dryness at the end.

Lime zest and suggestions of sea spray mark the nose of the 2016 Art Series Riesling. Its light to medium-bodied and quite austere on the palate, trailing away in a lingering thread of tart citrus. Drink it now with raw oysters or clams.
