Description
Philine makes her Dolcetto d’Alba with grapes from Massimo and Luigi Veglio. Her winery is in Diano d’Alba, a proper DOCG for Dolcetto, where some of the best wines from this grape variety come from. Massimo and Luigi’s winery is certified organic, but Philine also applies the biodynamic preparations herself. This Dolcetto is destemmed, but fermented with a few stalks in stainless steel and slightly sulphurized during bottling.
