Description

Hospices de Civiles de Beaune is a former charitable almshouse founded in 1443 in the town of Beaune. It is now a modern hospital, with the original buildings serving as a museum. Since 1859, a charity wine auction has raised funds for the hospital with the wines produced being released under the Hospice’s umbrella label.
Cuvée Rousseau Deslandes is reputed to be on of the top wines from Beaune Premier Cru that people are searching for.
This wine is composed of Pinot Noir from a selection of Premier Cru vineyards within the Burgundy sub-regional appellation of Beaune.
Rich mid purple colour offers a promise of a fine mix of red and black fruit, lively and appealing nose. A Beaune cuvee that always offers a suave texture.
