Description
One of the most respected producers in Piedmont, Bruno Giacoso are famed for their unwavering commitment to Nebbiolo, and their intense and expressive Barbaresco and Barolos.
Now under the stewardship of Bruno’s daughter, Bruna, she continues to grow the estate from strength to strength, and has carved a fascinating path for herself within the Italian fine wine community.
Their “red label” Riservas, such as the Asili Barbaresco are only created within the very best vintages. Some of the most sought-after wines in Italy, the production of these are extremely limited.
These wines are aged in traditional 5000l botti, for an average of 32 months. Recently they made the switch from traditional Slovenian oak to French.
