A truly elegant wine with beautiful aroma and flavour. Fine texture and tannins. Long, persistent finish. Lacks the density to be great, but still very fine.

Tasted blind. A little more evolved-looking than A [Ch Ausone]. Attractive dried-fruit aromas. Fruit on the palate is just a little drying on the end. But there is lots of energy here. This one has the balance and ingredients to run and run. Leaner than E [Ch Quintus]. Cheval Blanc?

Cru Wine stores all its wines in-bond with LCB Eton Park. Wines purchased to be stored In-Bond (IB) or En Primeur are not available for immediate delivery. Storage charges will apply if you choose to store your wines with us. Duty and VAT will be applied if you choose to have your wines delivered to a UK address. If you live outside of mainland UK additional delivery charges will occur.
