Founded in 1994 with the vivid idea to magnify the exceptional terroir of Apalta with French proficiency and wine making skills, Clos Apalta have been producing stunning wines for nearly thirty years now from some of the oldest vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère in Chile. Currently run by Charles de Bournet, and aided by legendary winemaker Michel Rolland, the reputation of this extraordinary South American vineyard has considerably improved, seeing it produce one of Chile’s most iconic wines.
