In the 1960s, Christian Moueix, who was a student in the United States, analysed the unique potential of Napa Valley with close interest. Since then, his experience, know-how and attention to detail have allowed him to recreate another great wine: Dominus, which has been produced since 1983 in Yountville, in the unique Napanook terroir. A vivid expression of its unique site, Dominus is a profound and powerful wine, exemplifying purity. With articulated fruit and polished tannins, the wine has elegance, complexity, great length and improves with age.
