The new release of Rodezs NV Dosage Zéro offers up aromas of honeyed orchard fruit, peaches and citrus zest, followed by a medium to full-bodied, racy and incisive palate. Served too cold, its dryness is a little brutal, but as the wine warms a little in the glass its depth of fruit takes center stage.

The NV Dosage Zéro is an assemblage of 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir from vintages between 2006 and 2011. Disgorged in June 2017, this is a very delicately flavored, fruity blend with remarkable purity, finesse and mineral expression. Bright cherry flavors on the highly digestible and seductive finish. Tasted April 2018.
