Description
In the past, ES LO QUE HAY has been made from contract grapes from the villages Acered and Alarba. For the 2018 vintage they have changed to 100% family-owned old vines in vineyards around the villages of Villarroya de la Sierra and Cervera de la Cañada. All practices in these vineyards are organic. Yields were 2.15 tonnes per hectare.
