Description
A treasure of the Alsatian heritage, this wine has an incomparable ageing capacity, developing an aromatic bouquet of ripe and candied fruits. Musky notes of honey enrich a sweet notion of peach compote on the nose of this wine. Honey also pervades the sweet, concentrated palate with its aromatic intensity that seems to bring out a supercharged peachiness. All is countered and made pristine by lemon freshness. This intense, sweet wine has an endless finish. Historically called Alsace Willm, the House of Willm has been renowned for over 120 years for the production of fruity and racy wines, and for its unique know-how.
