Description
Château Grand Mayne is a Grand Cru Classé based in the centre of Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux. An expressive slope of limestone-clad clay forms part of the vineyard, which contributes to this wine’s enviable terroir. Covering 17 hectares, 78% of plantings are Merlot, 19% are Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Château Grand Mayne produces approximately just 6,000 cases of its Grand Cru Classé wine per year, making it a highly sought after wine. Known for their excellent ageing potential, recent vintages have displayed the ability to become even more drinkable in earlier years.
