Tasted blind. Interesting yeast-extract nose. Solid and chunky. Dominated by tannin at the moment and still with lots in reserve. Lots of interest on the finish.

Elegant, cedary dark-fruit aroma. Tight and lively with just enough flesh in the middle. Quite chewy and again has a sort of smudgy palate. (JH)
