Very rich and round. Big and smoky and rather irresistible because so evolved and ready! It’s so spicy it tastes almost like Sauvignon Gris… Difficult to spit – but perhaps not the most refreshing dry white. Seems off dry.

Guiraud is synonymous with Sauternes, but this dry white shows the same class and complexity as you find in its famous sweet wines. Its an equal blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, packed with spiky gooseberries and nettles, rich tropical tones and creamy herbal and hay notes. Long and textural with lifted grapefruit acidity.
