The 2016 Mâcon-Verzé offers up notes of green orchard fruit, pastry cream, dried white flowers and honeycomb, framed by subtle reduction that dissipates in the glass. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, bright and tangy, with a delicately glossy attack, moderate depth at the core and a pure, saline finish. It doesnt match the concentration of the 2015 rendition, but its both more vibrant and more approachable. This Mâcon-Verzé was vinified and matured in stainless steel for some 15 months before bottling under Diam.

Cru Wine stores all its wines in-bond with LCB Eton Park. Wines purchased to be stored In-Bond (IB) or En Primeur are not available for immediate delivery. Storage charges will apply if you choose to store your wines with us. Duty and VAT will be applied if you choose to have your wines delivered to a UK address. If you live outside of mainland UK additional delivery charges will occur.
