Juicy and bright, a nice ease to this, its quite light, missing a touch more fruit density, but the frame, structure and tannin management are excellent. Will be for super easy and enjoyable drinking with freshness and a cool lift on the finish. Sweet juiciness, punchy, but reigned in. A really nice combination of lively fruit, fleshy tannins, cool mint and liquorice freshness. Feels like youre getting a lot for your money here. Harvest 8-30 September. Ageing 13 months in French oak, 20% new.

A blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot, and 11% Petit Verdot, the 2022 Les Fiefs de Lagrange is deep garnet-purple in color. It shoots out of the glass with notions of plum preserves, black cherry compote, and Indian spices with hints of graphite and cardamom. The medium-bodied palate is chock full of juicy black fruits with plush, well-managed tannins and oodles of freshness, finishing long and spicy. This second wine represents 60% of the years production.
