Description

This vintage champagne, aims to capture the ultimate expression of the Pinot Noir from the “La Montagne” estate, concentrated on the original vines purchased by the Champagne House. The Vintage is therefore a testament to an exceptional year, a snapshot of a terroir that has undergone a slow maturation process. Composed of Pinot noir sometimes complemented by Chardonnay, the Vintage cuvée is generally matured on lees for 4 years and left for a minimum of 6 months after dégorgement (disgorging) to attain perfect maturity.
