Description
Massolino is a 23 hectare Piedmont winery best known for its Barolo DOCG wines made from the Nebbiolo variety. Whilst Nebbiolo is the most important grape variety five Barolo wines are made, as well as a Langhe Nebbiolo.
Margheria, Parafada and Parussi parcels totalling 3.73 hectare on calcareous and sandy soils undergo 30 months of maturation in large oak barrels, whilst Vigna Rionda Riserva totalling 2.3 hectares on marly lime undergo 42 months in large slavonian oak casks plus 30 months in bottle.
