The Champagne Ozanne by Michel Fallon is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru (non-vintage) created for the first time in 2008. Its name, Ozanne, recalls the historical definition of Avize, “the pretty Avize”, maintained up to 796. Unique and limited production for this fresh and fruity Champagne Brut with touches of orange skin abd toasted walnuts. Its taste is complex and balanced, with lively acidity, a perfect combination with fruit notes.
