Chateau Pavie Decesse is a four hectare, wine estate located in Saint-Emilion , Bordeaux. Planted with 90 percent Merlot and 10 percent Cabernet Franc, grapes are harvested by hand, spending around 18-24 months in new oak barrels. Around 4000 bottles of wine are produced each year
