Quartz, white sand. High site that gets lots of wind. Pale greenish straw. Very cool and fresh with some green notes. Edgy and lively but with lots of fully ripe fruit. Masses of chew and texture and refreshment.

Made from biodynamically grown grapes. This is a very clean 2014. Theres a positive earthiness on the nose, and the wine has a good amount of power and a very fresh apple-lemon finish. This should be an extremely flexible food wine.
