Description
Azienda Agriciola Brovia is a family wine estate founded in 1863, and located within the Barolo DOCG of Piedmont. All production comes from estate vineyards, and the estate has some of the best holdings in the region, with vineyard plots across Castiglione Falletto (in the Rocche and Villero crus) and the Garblèt Sue section of Bricco Fiasco, and a fourth in the Ca’Mia vineyard in Serralunga d’Alba.
Pretty notes of purple and black fruit (black cherries, plum), also notes of some white pepper. It’s medium bodied, with high present acidity and lower-medium tannin. Medium length. A fresh, precise and sappy Barbera with an almost saline acidity.
