CRITIC REVIEWS
James Suckling
Pale rose color with pretty aromas of lavender, rosehip, strawberries, cherries and cloves. It’s medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a supple, creamy palate. Perfumed and elegant. Drink now.

Neutral on the nose, followed by surprising restraint on the palate. Lacy, creamy, slightly underripe red berries and hints of white pepper are cut through by a crisp citrus acidity. Excellent phenolic extraction, this has the weight to hold up to an ice bucket. It lacks some of the ripe opulence on the finish that I would expect from Côtes de Provence, but although it still shows the crispness and freshness of the 2021 vintage, the overall quality is consistent with previous vintages and this still tastes classically Whispering Angel.
