Junior Client Account Manager

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working within a highly motivated team to exceed the company’s monthly targets. A strong work ethic is necessary, and an entrepreneurial mindset is a plus. The candidate will work from our London office and join our growing private client team reporting into the Head of Private Clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a private client portfolio and assist them in sourcing and building a high-quality collection of fine wines and spirits specific to their preferences
  • Produce daily targeted and general offers to send to the client list
  • Convert incoming leads into new company clients
  • Handle e-shop orders and liaise with operations team
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and communication is always provided
  • Create business and private client opportunities through networking and initiative

Experience and skills required:

  • 2+ years of sales experience is preferred, but not essential
  • A keen attention to detail with a structured approach to your daily tasks
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience of managing private client accounts preferred
  • Highly organised and customer focused with a desire to succeed with a thriving brand
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Highly motived
  • Proficient in English
  • WSET Level 2 or above preferred but not essential

Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for content creation across our website, email campaigns and social media channels, as well as working with the team to contribute to global projects which will improve and enhance our client experience and support the overall growth of the business. The ideal candidate should have a creative flair, an understanding of data analytics and an entrepreneurial mindset. The candidate will work from our London office and join our growing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of all social media platforms
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to design and implement the social media strategy
  • Working with the Head of Marketing to create and publish engaging content in line with our content strategy and email campaigns
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting using Google Analytics and tracking tools
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to conduct regular analysis and tracking of both online & offline lead generation campaigns to problem solve delivery issues and inform ongoing best practice
  • Support the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure the highest level of customer service and communication is always provided
  • Support the Head of Marketing in the organisation of our client events alongside third-party suppliers

Experience and skills required:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape and digital marketing concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail with a flair for writing engaging content
  • Be confident using Google Analytics, Hubspot
  • Ability to use design tools (such as Canva) for Social Media asset creation
  • Understand the principles of SEO and CRM
  • Highly organised and customer focused with a desire to succeed with a thriving brand
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Proficient in English
  • WSET Level 1 or above preferred but not essential
