Chanin Wine Co. is dedicated to crafting wines from Santa Barbara County that reflect the individual vineyards in which they are grown. The cool coastal winds, diverse marine based soils and a long growing season of the region provide an exciting and unique environment for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Winemaker Gavin Chanin produces wines that truly reflect the subtle differences in geography, geology and climate. All vineyards are organic and sustainably farmed. Fermented in open top tanks with regular punching down, the wine is aged on its lees in oak for 14 months. It is bottled without filtration.
