CRU WINE TEAM

Following 5 years of working in the specialty coffee industry, Toby made the decision to trade beans for grapes and begin his journey in the world of fine wine, whilst retaining his interest in market leading beverages. Taking his operational experience with him, he joined the Cru Wine team at the beginning of 2023, and has welcomed the responsibility of the Logistics Department. Since joining Cru, he has developed a particular appreciation of the finest buttery whites that Burgundy has to offer. In his spare time, Toby is a keen chess player at local chess events, an avid reader of all thing’s fiction, and a passionate home chef regularly exploring new flavours.
