Biondi-Santi are most well known for their imperious Brunello, but Jacopo Biondi-Santi, son of the late Franco, also uses this famous clone of Sangiovese, BBS11, to make a delectable rosé (rosato) for his estate, Castello di Montepò, the 2020 Toscana Rosato ‘JeT’.

Made entirely with Sangiovese and from the Biondi Santi BBS 11 clone, this radiant, medium-bodied rosato offers heady aromas of forest berries and cedar with whiffs of Mediterranean herbs. On the savory, tangy palate, mouth-watering acidity accompanies strawberry compote, orange zest and fennel.
