Description
Located in the famous “red dirt” of Oakville, the Au Paradis plot was purchased by Peter Michael in 2009. The soil comprises red Boomer loam weathered from volcanic rock, alongside clay, silt and sand. Au Paradis is at least 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, with Cabernet Franc making up the remainder of the blend.
