Description

Named after Jacques Kanon who bought the estate in 1790, Château Canon has been under the control of luxury retailer Chanel since 1996. They have invested heavily in the estate to produce the best wine possible with no expense spared. The results have been remarkable, with the grand vin consistently scoring in the high 90s in recent years and garnering a devoted following from oenophiles. Located on the famous limestone plateau in Saint-Émilion, it is an estate which benefits from 32 hectares of outstanding terroir and has had Premier Grand Cru Classé status since 1954.
