Description
Aged under yeast for approximately 10-20 months, this vivacious white wine has a delicious amount of salinity. Unusually, after harvest the grapes are left under the sun for 6-8 hours before pressing, which has contributed to its relatively high alcohol content (c.14%). Its vineyard can be found just north of Macharnudo Alto and includes soils that have a high clay content.
The blend comprises majority Palomino.
