45% Grenache, 45% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah. Aged for 16 months in new barriques (55%) and concrete (45%). Cask sample. Tasted blind. Appealing and inviting rounded sleek nose. Plenty of dark fruits here, very spicy and rounded – fine tannins are the key to this wine. Lots of ripe and plump fruit. (AC)

An almost aerial freshness on the nose with pure damson juice and velvety tannic finesse on the palate. The alcohol is somewhat raised however, warming your tongue on the finish. Apart from that, its well balanced, with great textural wealth. Grown on galets roulés, fermented in stainless steel, aged half in new barriques, the other half in concrete.
