Description
Château de Fieuzal describe their wines as “inseparable from the place from which they are grown”. Forged from the sandy, gravelly soil of Graves’ terroir, Château de Fieuzal’s Rouge Cru Classé is a complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Restoring biodiversity is a key focal point for the Château, who not only have a plethora of flora and fauna growing throughout the vineyard but are also heavily focused on the growing cultivation of Merlot and Petit Verdot to abet this change. Aged in oak barrels for an average of 12 months, the Rouge Cru Classé remains expressive and bold throughout the whole of its lifetime.
