Château Cos d’Estournel is a winery in the Saint Éstèphe appelation of the Bordeaux region which is a Deuxième Grand Cru Classé. The wine produced here are classified as one of the five Saint Éstèphe in the 1855 ranking. With an average age of 45 years, and a surface of approximately 90 hectares it is one of the biggest Cru Classé in the Médoc. During the harvest, grapes are picked up step by step and 2 vines next to each other are not necessary vintage at the same day. Moreover, the Asian architecture of the Château made him one of the most beautiful winery in France.

G d’Estournel evokes the wonderment of an explorer returned home from the Far East, his soul replete with luminous memories of majestic Indian elephants, shimmering Burmese gold, the finest of Nepalese silks, the warm glow of Vietnamese lanterns…
