The Riserva is a blend of grapes from three vineyards: Ruffoli, Radda and Gaiole. Production is limited to 10,000 bottles, when we are lucky - the Riserva has so far only been produced in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Pretty but subdued, delicate floral notes and a hint of lilac talcum powder are joined by some irony, mineral notes. The palate is smooth, harmonious and very well integrated, with fine, ripe tannins, a beautiful texture and good weight.

Aromas of wet soil and berry with hints of cherry and chocolate. Medium body with fine tannins and a lightly chewy finish. A balanced, savory red. Made from biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now.
