Description

Château Pontet Canet is a winery in Paulliac appellation of the Bordeaux region. Cinquième Cru Classé in 1855, this wine producer is known throughout the world due to its environmental ethics. Indeed most of the vineyard is cultivated by horses owned by the château. The moon calendar is also one of the most important feature in the production process. The curent technical director, Jean-Michel COMME is considered as the tutor of the biodynamic practices, his last challenge is to use geothermal for the winemaking. All of that permit to the château to produce one of the most envied Grand Cru Classé.
