Tasted blind. Sweet and rich and very St-Émilion with masses of pleasure. Lots of intensity and first-growth aspirations. Really buzzes with life! Persistent and detailed.

Subdued but plenty of depth. Dark fruit with floral complexity. Smooth attack, attractive volume of mid-palate fruit, the tannins plentiful but fine. Long and linear with palate-cleansing finish. Well-crafted wine. (JL)
